Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed online,
but may take longer to dispatch over certain periods such as bank holidays.

Sobriety Souvenirs uses 5 ways of shipping in the UK:
– 2nd Class Standard
– 1st Class Standard
– 1st Class Recorded
– Special Signed Delivery
– Hermes Standard Delivery

Please note that 1st class recorded is only insured up to £47 and does not insure jewellery. (Royal Mail terms and conditions).
Also we aim to ship your order next working day, but can not guarantee next working day delivery using Special Delivery.
If you require your order to be shipped next working day from placing your order, contact us before hand.

Personal Collection
If you are in or around the Birmingham Midlands area and would like to avoid shipping costs, please contact us via email.

European & International Shipping Methods

We do deliver items outside of the UK. The shipping methods have been setup to process deliveries to Spain as normal, also we have allocated a shipping Method to USA/Canada/Australia and New Zealand as we have delivered to these countries before.

If you wish to discuss an order with us before placing the order for European /International Shipping before hand, then please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help and make the ordering process as easy as possible for you.

Returning Items

We are happy for you to return any items you wish to us after receiving your order. Returns need to be received by us within 14 days. A full refund for the product will be made if the item is in perfect condition but postage and packaging (Shipping) will not be refunded.
